Gearbox oil change. Worst bit was getting the drain nut undone. Anyway used one of these New SIPHON Water Oil Liquid Fuel HAND PUMP Air Inflator on eBay (end time 09-Mar-11 21:26:06 GMT) I know difflock do a pump for £70 or whatever but this at £6.59 has done the job perfectly for transferbox...

its air in system, either from the recent works or via the pressure regulator. Sometimes it can take more than the 3-5 minutes quoted to bleed. Before you spend money, check fpr for any leaks. Make sure your fuel isnt on red and then go for decent half hour drive - it should clear

diff and transfer box oils....and it was sunny - felt like i should have been in a pub beer garden!
