Just give it an oil service to start with, a noisy tappet is nothing to worry about normally, when the tappets start to rattle i normaly stick sum engine flush in the eng and run it for 10 mins befor i change the oil, if that doesnt cure it either chuck some new 1s in or get some tappet additive...
