    No potential for spilling 6 litres of black oil on my freshly jet washed block paved drive. Should only be a dribble when I take the sump plug out. Other than that, no reason whatsoever.

    My TD4 starts bad when it gets hot - and what fixed it.

    I had all sorts of problems with my TD4, misfires, irregular tick over, loud crack noise on misfire. Changed the fuel pressure sensor wiring loom and had no issues since. Mine always ran fine when it was cold but issues started when engine warmed up.

    Link was spot on, pin numbers exactly the same as on my 2006 TD4.

    Cheers. I read another post where someone said the ecu was different from the 2004 model to the 2005 model. I'll go with this if the pin numbers match up and just use a meter to do a continuity test from end to end.

    Just had a look at taking the offside drum off. It appears that the shoes my be catching the drum stopping me taking it off. Is there a manual adjuster to pull the shoes back in? If so where is it and how do I do it? Much appreciated as always...
