Could it be that there are 2 different valve hole sizes for rims? What I mean is...could 3 of the 4 be a newer or older rim and actually be a tubeless rim and 1 is a tubed rim?

The top pic is just showing the wheel and tyre im on about...are you sure it’s a tubeless valve? Iv read these farmer steels should only be ran with a tube??

So I picked up 3 old farmer style rims with the mud terrain tyres on....picked up another tyre online and using a rim I have I took it to the tyre fitting place to be told there valves don’t fit the rims....my question is...the other 3 I have are they running a tube or are they using a bigger...
