Sorry guys it’s a 200tdi and there was a pic showing 200,046 that today... chassis has had a few patches welded

There a good chance I’ll be moving overseas soon so I’m thinking I’m going to sell my 90 soon There’s a few posts on here that I mad asking questions about issues I had and fixing them. The only issue it has atm that could be a pain is the foot wells need replacing and the rad has a small leak...

Fixd it...ya won’t believe what it was.... a small wire on top with the little block on...it had vibrated off lol

So yesterday I drive to work and left my lights on so when I got back in I thought batt was dead..I picked up a new batt and all it does it light up dash and 1 click comes from around gear box/fuse box area...any ideas where to start look for an issue??

Little but of up keep to keep me on the road for a bit longer...doing what I can to keep it working...if I end up moving USA this year I don’t want to buy a new chassis I’ll let the next person do it...but if I stay here it will be the first thing I buy

Man I had this the other week....just abit of force and some luck you get it to bite. This is how I did the bottom tho lol just to much leavening will push the shock away and lose thread..and just used the correct spanner to keep nut turning while I pressed on it

Ok thanks guys....so what’s it worth....ball park......I’m going to cut the rush and weld new plates on there atm until I know more about moving.... have anything I need at work so I’ll just dig in the offcut metal bin...I’ll take pics as I go tho...it’s going to be saved for a few more years...

Think I’m going to patch it and when I sell it let them know..I’ll leave paint but I’ll add the parts I already have and then just go day by day.

Anyone know how thick the chassis should be? New galv ones are 2-2.5mm what about the factory ones?
