    Learned that if you have the hazard lights on the indicators override them until you cancel them and the hazards resume.

    When I had the same symptoms but without the air bubbles it was a combination of the HP fuel pump and the pressure control valve. Although once it started with easy start it carried on running.

    looking at this you could be getting air in from a few places.

    Looking at the diagram yes. I'm looking to see if I have a picture of the secondary pump when I replaced it to see if the pipe is blue. Have you replaced the fuel filter? Have you disconnected the feed pipe and cranked it to see if fuel comes out, obviously into a container ?:) Does the icarsoft...

    Looking at this. Top is return. Middle is delivery via the secondary pump.

    Don't remember having that problem when I did mine. If you raise the suspension does it give you enough clearance? Assuming it's part of the body that's in the way.
