    Question.. Is it a special process to bleed brakes? As you have abs.(iv not had anything to do with abs) Did you pry the pads back & confuse the shuttle valve ? Do you have to set the height of the sensor? Thanks for your knowledge

    Normally the seal on the shaft. Yep it’s the sump cover, would check/replace that gasket.

    it should mist into the air filter for burning back through the engine. Now if you have loads in the bottle after a few days that’s where your problem is. The pipe should mist/breath from sump to crankcase so should not dump loads of oil. People remove the pipe off the air filter as it has...

    Yep leave a tied bottle to it. A mist of oil will be produced

    @s8ndst0rm Put the end of that pipe into a bottle for a week & see how much oil is relesesd.( this pipe should not vent into the air. It should be onto the air filter) Clean the engine as well.

    Started the rear roof cut. Now riveted into place. Just have a few nuts/bolts to find for the hinges(don’t trust the pop rivets on the original design) Metal cutting next weekend. After this mornings fun I have made a list of jobs I caused climbing out the motor.

    Out the ditch And during the process of getting in I damaged the starter relay. Tools are out fixing this

    The old roof had front damage so moved the front rib. This one I’m removing the rear rib. All the brackets etc are attached so makes my life easier. And as a bonus it has a enclosed rear flap, removed the old mesh style so have a spare

    Removed the roof as it’s failing apart Well it only cost £50 ages ago & has not had an easy life(after nephew smacked the roof on a tree learning to drive) Fitted the new/second hand one I got a few months ago. Just need to shrink the length down a bit(easy job of remove/replace rivets)

    That’s some torque… think as all your stuff is HD when it goes,it goes well… Form them pics I would say the shaft splines would not give way and expanded while been twisted. Once it was wedged in the stub that’s when it snapped the shaft. (See a cheap end cap would have blown the splines &...
