    Inner rear quarters

As said I was hoping it was for inner 1/4 panels like the heading of this thread says. I really don't see why it would be difficult to produce the part and they would sell. I under stand that it is not possible to make a full replacement one but one that could be cut down and patched in would...

    Galvanising

Would love to strip a full disco shell, acid dip it, replace the missing parts, dipped in the acid again then ether galv or some others modern electro plate. Then build up on galv chassis with nice new parts. Might have to wait till my lotto numbers come up tho lol

    front shocks bottom cup rusty

I take it you don't really needed them? I am missing both the top and bottom one on the drivers side rear so I home it's safe with out them. Think they have rusted away just like everything else on the disco.

    300tdi mot repairs/ rebuild

Discopol it was indeed your thread that made me go with the box section. Dieseldog69 to answer your question, I left a small section of the A bad B pillars attached to the floor and took some before during and after measurements. So far nothing has looked like it has moved.

    300tdi mot repairs/ rebuild

Update number 3. I had a good bit of repair work to do on the front end, both inner arches and light boxes were rotten. Started with the passenger side since it was not to bad and could be fixed with just removing the rust and fitting some repair sections I made. Then moved on to the...
