I am running 235-85-16 aprox 31.5" with only a two inch lift and a camel cut to the rear quarters and have had no problems.

It's the vac pump for the egr system, being unplugged I presume you have the egr removed and a blank over the manifold? It can all be removed and just plug the pipe going back to the brake system.

Very small update. Managed to get a hour or so in the garage tonight. First of managed to bleed the brakes, so far no leeks from any of my new lines or callipers so that's a bonus. I also managed to bond down the boot floor and seam sealed ready for the next stage. Also got the final coat...

Rip off the plastic and throw away. Clean rust off treat and paint with a good paint like por15 then give it a good coat of underseal.

Plastic arch liners trap mud and water, all so the poor underselling the landrover did from the factory.

Yes lots of us have needed to do just this, I made my own panels for the front but as stated yrm make good repair sections. Take alook at my project thread it will give you some pointers as to how to repair it.

Yeah I understand that just did not expect the donut to be that out of shape as the old one sat alittle better, prob because it was shot to bits. Will look in to doing the 200tdi prop at some point.

No standard arms but the disco is lifted by 2" on the suspension. Keepdigging. I have the spacers there and in right order. I'll try jacking the axel up, dose it need to be lifted so both wheels are off the ground??

I know it should be easy for me since I have rebuilt nearly the full disco over the last few months. It's a bearmach part so it's not like its a cheep ****part one. I'll need to whip it off and take aloof.

Right replaced my rear prob rubber ring and it dose not look right to me since it looks twisted and squashed. Can some one confirm that this is correct or have I don't something wrong.

Do you have to follow any sort of priming sequence once the sedimenter has been cleaned or do you just turn over engine till it fires
