    I fit a galvanised steel bar 30 x 10 across the chassis inside the first floor support- this is bolted to the chassis each side. also i weld 25 x 3 straps on the upstand strengthening plates(where seat belt stalks fit) to the chassis....

    having just spent 3 weeks rebuilding a bulkhead I can state that next time- either a new bulkhead or vent panel section- it has been hard to do.

    New to 200 TDi belt change and oil leak

    HI I Am new to this engine and i cannot understand the books. 2 questions: if the engine has no flywheel fitted how to i time it to change the cam belt- there are marks on the cam pulley and secondly; Does this look like oil from the crank front oil seal which should be replaced? thanks.
