I didn't know they were liquid filled. I think i may just been disappointed as i had expected them to cure my slight vibration and it didn't. The cause of my slight vibration is obviously something else. I changed the mountings and crank pulley to no avail. Hopefully it will work for you.

I was disappointed when I fitted genuine engine and transmission mounts, they appeared to make my slight vibration worse, the old softened mounts dampened the vibration more than the new harder ones

Perhaps post it in the OP of the original problem instead of separate post with no connection to the original problem.

Take someone with you who knows Defenders, a 92 Defender could be one step from the scrap yard if you don't know what you are looking for. Ask for a volunteer on here in your area to have an initial look with you, someone who will already know the pitfalls.

They are cab heaters not engine pre-heaters.

Is your outside handle operating freely and returning to the default position properly. Mine started seizing up so wasn't returning out properly all the way so didn't have enough travel to operate the latch. I had to prize the hand plate out and work it free with wd40 then light oil to get it...
