When I did my son's panhard bushes I used some poly bushes and new bolts.
Following week I fitted oem bushes, the poly bushes were a waste of time, you could see the axle moving from side to side.
That's me!
Seems like I forgot to update it.
The drop arm, once off, was indeed knackered, the ball joint was both stiff and loose, if that even possible!
Changed that and replaced the worse than useless Britpart steering damper which had been on there a couple of years. I fitted a TF damper...
We had a Maxi Cosi Rock-a-tot system which was a baby seat/pushchair/pram, then progressed onto a Maxi Cosi forward facing one, then a 2 piece booster seat thing.
Seemed pretty good quality, 27 years ago though so I imagine things have changed.
Did you renew the bolts with the bushes? I ask because I changed the panard rod bushes, made no difference until I changed the bolts.
Steering damper, Steering box drop arm?
The trouble with home grown electrics is in the mind of the PO they know what they have done, nobody else does though. Mind you mine are probably no better, infact half the time I can't remember what I have done!
Life will be easier when your test light turns up and then you can see the electric.
Maybe you need to get one with dedicated Land Rover software on it?
Our Foxwell will read ABS no problem but it has the Land Rover software on it.
D2 is it?
I have BFG AT and don't really notice any tyre noise.
My son has BFG MT and a roof rack, that is noisy, I have to open the window to let the noise out!
Photo 1 looks like two fuses connected to the battery?
Of course a relay can fail like anything else, usually they make a small click when operating.
I presume you have a fair bit of additional electrical modifications.
Have you taken the door card off yet? It will take about 5 minutes, maybe a...
Had to remove the front radius arm to do some welding, yes more, so changed the bushes while I was there.
While I was there I decided it would be a good idea to cut my thumb, burn my hand and arm and blob a bit of weld in my ear, oh well it got rid of the ear wax!
Look at your fuse box, looks to me as if there are some random red and blue wires hanging around in there. You have red and blue going to your window motor.
Until you have a test light then it might be best just to leave it all alone before you burn it to the ground.
Post a photo of your fuse...
