Got a few little bits sorted today. First off was the exhaust tip. The original was rusted and looking sorry for itself. So I removed the tip and cleaned it up with a buffing wheel then applied ceramic coating to hopefully keep its appearance. Next up was a bulb change on the climate...

Next up was to say farewell to the 3 amigos!! New hub and sensor is needed. OEM spec hub with genuine sensor, new bolts and nut also. Job done, no issues at all. Just need to refit the brakes which were stripped and re greased etc. Also greased my prop etc while I was at it.

So todays first job was to redo the LPG filter/pipework under the bonnet. I've fabricated a new stainless bracket to mount the new vapour filter. This was fitted with stainless hardware. I made up new hoses and covered then with black braiding to protect them and sealed each end with heat...

So had an annoying buzzing noise to the right side of my instrument cluster. Upon looking into it I found out it could be this little temperature sensor... Absolutely fifthly! Stripped it down for a good clean and lube. Much better! And the best part the annoying buzzing has gone...

It's a mongoose system and not fairly advertised. It's not rusted badly but looks similar to my landy exhaust. My 316 exhaust stays mint. This is off topic anyway. I don't care what grade it is, I want the brand.

I have torque pro here but have access to snap on at a friend's garage. Get advice, thank you.

My ST stainless exhaust is 304 and that has corroded so you wrong.

It is 304 grade stainless, the tailpipe trim isn't.

It's strange that both codes came at the same time. I was hoping the sensor caused both codes.

So the safest bet is just to do the hub. Makes sense, should last me a while then.

No its a full catback. I just had the backbox off so took some pictures of it. It's all fitted now. I'll search for a janspeed one to compare pics, unless you have any?

Great thanks, I need a short one then. Mine plugs in on the inner wing. I'll get a wabco one. The bearing seams fine with no play or noise but I have been told to replace that instead of just a sensor. What do you think?

I need a front abs sensor but notice there are 2 different lengths. What will I need normal or long? Genuine or are patent ones OK?

As above guys, does anyone recognize this exhaust? Just trying to find so more info about it. It's stainless and 2.5" bore TIG welded with a bolt on tip. Thanks.

Here's a quick vid... Unfortunately its coming off because at 1750rpm it just booms/drones really bad. Such a shame as it sounds great at all other times. He normally sits around that rpm range daily so its got to go.
