Hmmm, after looking into the head on my old omega, there's no Seco dwasher down there as it sprays directly onto the glow plug into a pré chamber🤔

Unfortunately the copper washer goes over the nose of the injector, then it's screwed into the head matey 👍

A lot of bods with the series and the likes throw one shot in. It is less (hmm) likely to leak... If it's leaking it'll leak either way👌I'd replace the swivels and the rest of the bowl fittings. I understand keeping it's originality but these parts are consumables and are an acceptable...
