I have changed the oil cooler Trax, 3 times the size, you may be right, maybe I don't need the Redline as well. My gearbox overheated in the Atlas Mountains last June, I have more mountain trips planed and don't want to be in the same situation again.

Looks good, excellent job, not seen that done before. It's quite low profile at the back, might be difficult to tighten roof tent bolts if someone wanted to do this for that reason. I am sure I still have my cross bars in the garage if you need more infill.

Thanks Discool, I think they loop new fluid through untill it is totally changed, James Martin seems to know how it's done so I will reply to His post. The Redline ATF can cover most specs including llD and Ill. I am making the change to aid cooling in hot mountainous situations.

I would like to completely drain my gearbox ATF and replace it with a high temperature fluid like Redline. Does anyone know how the box can be completely drained other than taking the vehicle to a transmission specialist?
