Finally slayed the squeeky fan belt. After a new belt and adjuster, wretched thing still chirrpuped. Spent ages digging out bits of belt from all the pulley grooves. Silence!

Got mine back after a weldathon. Seems like driving a tank after a month borrowing SWMBO's Fiat.:)

I take the back seats out for long camping trips,(ooh, er!) you'll find the holes under the carpet, at a guess I'd say they are M8s. Captive nuts on the floor pan.

Failed MOT, took her off to get welded up. Garage can't touch her for a while, as another Disco 1 is being seen to. So she's languishing on the naughty step at the back of the yard. At least she's not in the elephant's graveyard.

neilly, my 200tdi fender used to have a loose conection on the starter exciter wire. About every 3 months or so so she'd be as dead as the proverbial dodo, as the wire had fallen off again. One had to wait untill the engine had cooled down before pushing it on again, all done by braille...

This cooker was replaced as a warranty job in a static caravan. The only thing wrong with it is the enamel in the grill compartment is a bit thick and has spalled away in one or two places. Otherwise, it's perfect and in reality brand new. These cookers retail at £700. I'm looking for £275ish...

Yeah, but I bought it in Bulgaria last year. Just too much aggro to try and claim. I trust the new Bearmach one will last a bit longer.
