It’s when you turn, even before full lock

Hi all. I have a very annoying squeak from my steering. I’ve replaced the belt and got as much tension on the belt as possible but it still squeaks when turning. I’ve taken a video of the pulleys and you can see it slipping.. could it be the pulley or do I really get some tension on the belt...

🤦🏻‍♂️ I might but some black insulation tape over the light and forget about it 🤣

Further to above. Fuel empty light is very hit and miss.. mainly miss! Basically always on, could there be another fault? Faulty earth maybe? Cheers
