Solved it I think. Sedimenter seals were leaking, and sedimenter was full to the brim with crud. Will see how it does now.

Settled at 18mpg now. not good. I am probebly asking a daft question here, would the sedimenter cause issues like this? It does not feel that under powered, but its hard to tell as its an auto so any missfires or lack of power are fairly well hidden.

New return pipes, no leaks, no egr valve or cat. Doesn't smoke at all either. No codes :(
