Latest update. Compression down on 5 out of 8 by more than 20%. Severely oiled up plugs, using a lot of oil, running lean on one side, brand new lambdas are not even registering any level change/fluctuations in readings, just flat lining on diagnostic tool, but there's no Co2 in cooling system...

Can you fit 110 front springs on the rear of a D1? They look the same as my current springs but slightly more up to the job. My car sags on the driver's side at the rear. I know rear 110 springs can be fitted but with a little modification. (That's the eventual plan) Thanks in advance

Yes it was a stuck throttle cable.

UPDATE. I've got the car idling at around 780rpm. But when I drive it the underside of the car seems to vibrate and shudder, there's no silky smooth ooomph. It's not a wheel bearing vibration as they were replaced in August for MOT. Could I be needing a transmission fluid change?

Any suggestion helps
