Your right, I never noticed that one. I changed it but still will not work. I checked the voltage on 86 and it is only 4volts, so I tried all the other relays terminal 86 and they are all 12volt. I am thinking a bad wire under the fuse box, what do you reckon ?

This relay is a lot smaller than the others or I would have tried swapping.

Checked the relay, its clicking but not making contact. I shall try and get one tomorrow. Cheers.

At last I have managed to get someone out to check the air con and refill. There are no faults showing and everything seams to be working. He tried the compressor and it does work but he said no power is going to the compressor and it is probably a sensor. Any Ideas ?

Finally, I have cured the heater blower problem. I ended up fitting another motor and all is working fine. Even the book sign on the hevac has gone. Many Thanks to all.

It's not the air con fans that come on it is the blower motors in the car. I started the engine and the fans slowed down and I could adjust the speed on the speed knob on the dash. I will certainly let you know how I get on with the service.
