I guess it’s the front skid plate or tray looks lope sided to me is it loose and flapping around!

Before you buy anything two things to do 1: try smacking the starter with a hammer to see if it unsticks 2: the battery cables have nuts and bolts on them where other cables connect to the main battery cables make sure they are not loose and are nipped up

I did read this but he has an auto box not a manual

i wont be using it for nearly a month now and I am wondering if it’s as simple as a worn linkage bush. I need to rule out anything simple first I guess

The Rear Sub-frame will be the big cost as it depends where it needs welding or if it’s too far gone it will need replacing, the other things I don’t think will cost much

I have decided to just us 5th as it snatch’s with a small bang in 6th. I only drive a few miles on the motorway which I can live with, I am just going to run it into the ground with minimal repair to keep it going and save my money for when it gets scrapped and just buy a better one

Make sure all the battery cables are tight on my 2007 some of the cables have extra nuts that were loose I tighten them up and the problem went away for me

This happened to me you will need to soak for longer and then smack the s*** out of it with a hammer and chisel until it releases it took me ages to do mine

Great where did you get the module from as I might go down that road?
