To be fair i was right where you are now now P38 was off the the road for 7 weeks and only had it 5 days before it broke down and its fixed now and im over the moon stck with it Rick is very clever and i hope he can help you as he did me...

Sorry guys as you can guess im not an electronics expert or a P38 guru ha ha... Ask me to rebuild and engine or gearbox diff or anything else though and im ok, i can even paint and weld but not electronics...

What's the score with the loss of sync people go on about ??? I know it must be the keys loosing sync with the Ebcm is it but what the fix or prevention if it happens to me etc ????

yeah i seen the ebay ones to be fair so i thought will give it a go, i did some halo bmw ones on a M3 evo years ago and worked out perfect so cant be any different but ref the reflectors i will bear that in mind....
