Absolutely gutted, on my way home this morning a large tree decided to fall on my Disco as I was driving at about 40 mph. Looks like a write off but at least she saved me from any harm.

I second that, new seals will cure your problem.

TD5 injectors are about 250 quid each and can't just be "cracked off" as they are in the head. You will probably need to follow the fuel purge routine described elsewhere on here but I doubt if there is any other damage as running out of fuel is no different to changing the fuel filter where the...

Change your injector seals, oil level rising is not a guaranteed diagnosis. My oil levels never rose but had the same problems.
