    P38A Steering wheel removal

Do remember to not take the nut all the way off when you tug and yank at the wheel to get it of as trips to the dentist are eggspensive, or you could take it off and video it for us all to laugh at:vb-biggrin:

    Oil Service Interval problem

I would not go by the service interval, i would change the oil and filters at half the mileage, they are very expensive bits of kit to replace and fresh oil can do no harm, and judging by some of the modern engine horror storeys with wear and oil dilution it can only be a good thing to do.

    Ulez compliant just

It would involve an engine and management swap and a whole lot more that is if it is even possible, it would need adblue tank and far more cost than getting one that is compliant, other option is to go for a petrol one and spend the money you would have spent for the conversion on fuel :vb-biggrin:

    P38A P38 2.5 diesel viscous fan rivets.

That may work but they are in to alloy so may be a bit corroded if the fan works ok when tested leave well alone.

    EP80w-90 in a P38 Auto box

If you have to work on gravel put a sheet of 12mm ply down makes it a lot easier to move the jack about and slide yourself about on, i even use a sheet of hard board on block paving as things move so much better and it catches any oil and gunk.
