    disco 2 clutch replacement

I did mine on a two poster, split tfer box off gearbox, biggest arse was some bracket on top of the flywheel/gearbox housing, car did have rear a/c which might have had something to do with it.

Discovery 3 - ABS sensor replacement, now car wont start and has thrown many faults

Have you physically looked in the wheel arch to see if the air suspension ride height sensor and the abs sensor plugs and wiring are all okay? You really need the fault codes before you go any further. Agree with Tilly, back to the original garage for a talk.

Defender 300tdi Lost Power and Died .

Would start on three and smoke like a trooper, then might take 5 Or 50 miles for the non working cylinder to start running again, sometimes remove filter and fill with cleaner would get it going sooner, in the end fitted one of my spare injection pumps which has been fine ever since.

Defender 300tdi Lost Power and Died .

Veg oil did my 200 pump in, I did not use the veg oil it was previous owner, would randomly lose a cylinder and then come back in miles later.

    200tdi clutch slip

Iirc pedal height is set via the bolt on top front of the steering box, assuming your car has it, the nut you are adjusting is the master cylinder freeplay which only needs a small clearance. So if you have the pedal bolt, adjust that first, then adjust the freeplay on the pushrod locknuts...

    Keep Losing Alternator belt tension

Looks like the belt is ETC7469 which seems to translate to 10x605.

    Keep Losing Alternator belt tension

Most v belts are either 3/8 10mm wide, or 1/2 inch 13mm wide, you want the 3/8 10mm wide version, so all you need is the length is normally printed on the belt, for example 10x 765 meaning 10mm x 765mm length.

    Air filter change with A/C

If they are the same as the 200tdi, you just ping them up and the buckle releases. This video shows the set up, no a/c though as that will be a super rare option in the UK.

    Air filter change with A/C

Do not undo the big bolts as they are the cylinder head bolts. Looks to me like there are over centre catches which allows the filter housing to be removed.

    Keep Losing Alternator belt tension

My father in law swore blind that the smooth v belts were better and longer lasting than the toothed style, so maybe worth getting one and trying? Have to say even with my 200tdi defender, the pas steering belt and alt belt tension was also a regular feature when used as my daily.

    Keep Losing Alternator belt tension

Discovery 200tdi are well known for that top smaller belt wearing the sides of the belt away and going slack. I would have been impressed if mine lasted 3 mths between belt adjustments.

    101 tyres and wheel banding.

Maybe have a look at a few smaller trucks and see what sizes they are running, then sort wheels to suit?

    New l405 headlights

If you can all remember 15/20 years ago, if someone had their front fogs on they would get flashed by everyone, now if people have their front fogs on, nobody and I mean nobody flashes them anymore or seems to notice.
