Thank you for the replies, power is coming direct from the Bty with good earths for each light. Just weird it’s only doing it when the engines running. Time to recheck earths

Hi that’s my start state tomorrow. But it’s weird that they all work fine less for when the engine is on and the dip headlight relay buzzes like mad when I switch to side lights only. Thanks

hello all, Whilst still renovating my 200TDI I’ve added a boomslang headlight harness which has improved the headlights. But there’s a weird issue going on....when the engine and ignition are off I get all lights (side, main, full etc) but when the engine is running all the lights still work...

Id bite the bullet and order from Turners. They are very helpful in after sales also. Rich

Tony I believe it’s at the rear of the handbrake lever. My 200TDI doesn’t have one. Jump on the RAVE to confirm where it is. Rich

Right pain the ass - i used a single strip of copper to bridge across. Be careful you dont spend too long on the board or it'll melt. Failing that you can pick them up for about £20 - 30 Rich

Dag019, et al, After 30 mins of tracing wires etc I’ve found the culprit! There’s a break on the actual warning light cluster (copper tracking). soldered a small bridging wire across all working Rich
