    New Gearbox

Sounds incorrect mate. Once the box is in just take off the rear plate on the transfer box and fit the overdrive in (after taking off the nut etc etc). Rich

    Indicator relay

Hi all, after a bit of advice regarding a series 3 indicator relay. I was fitting a hazard switch but the indicator relay in the Landy is a modern one with 3 terminals. One goes to an orange indicator light. If I replace with an original relay (2 terminals) they don’t work. Please see pic...

    Hazard switch

Morning all, I have a genuine Lucas hazard switch but the wire colours (only remaining 3) don’t add up to the harness I have from Auto sparks. I’m sure the 3 wires will do the same job (they go to the relays) but does anyone know what wire from the switch should go to the plug? Failing that...

    Disco 2 Td5 No power after 2.5k - 3k RPM

Check the wiring that goes from the engine to the ECU, you'll most probably find oil / water will have made its way from the engine harness to the ECU giving you these problems. Normally a case of drying it all out and all should be well. Rich

    Cylinder heads

So I managed to find a decent 2 1/2 petrol 3MB cylinder head at Malvern this weekend. It’s cleaned up really well and not bad for £20. The number on my head is ERC 5899 but the other is 568750. Both look the exact same and the spare seems to have less wear on the valves etc. Also, should I...
