Hi all Hope you can help I have a 1986 ex mod landy and it's currently in having a 300tdi conversion I wanted to know if I could fit a snorkel as it only has wing top vents would I need to fit a wing side vent like the later landys? Cheers Rory

I've sent my landy to my local garage to get everything fixed at once :) "inside out 4x4" oliver is always really helpful and has done loads of off road preparation to my father inlaws motor

The loom in the engine bay from the bulk head to the starter , alternator , oil sender , water sender , diesel cut off switch It's beyond repair as it's been cut and bodged a few times and is seriously melted...I'd rather get a new one for piece of mind. Off subject does anyone know a ruff...

I'd love to but I don't have the time working 7 days a week at the moment. I'd prefer a new one least I know it's right I need to stop dreaming about putting a 200tdi engine in it and fix what u have :(

Hi all My landy decided not to start yesterday morning just a click from the relay behind the fuse box. On closer inspection the loom has melted together and the oil sender went pop and loads of smoke came from it. Any ideas where I can get a new loom from? Cheers Rory

The rockers on the end that sits on the valve are all different thicknesses. Push rods are all the same length have had them all out and numbered then on a piece of card. I can't see the cam followers unless I take the head off. I am looking into sending it to Glencoyne engineering for a full...

I wouldnt have an idea what you mean. Have checked all the rods none are bent

Won't that make it worse? As the adjusting tappet screw has no more adjustment It will tighten the the rocker but I can't get the lock nut on it. That's what makes me think the push rod has worn into the follower where it's been tapping for a long time. The old owner which was my neighbour who...

Yes that's work on the end like a sort of half moon shape surely I wouldn't lose all adjustment because of that?
