Try bleading the brakes from the master cylinder, to do this you must put a cloth under the master and have a nother person with you get them to pump the brakes up and hold the pedal down when you slacken the brake pipe on the master DO NOT TAKE IT OFF just enough for any air that is inside it...

put some petrol down the spark plug bore see if it will start up with some petrol in there. could be ht leads.

If I dont have a tool for the job I will use a chisel and hammer or weld a bar to it then undo the nut or bolt and use the angle grinder to reshape it
