    Some metal and hammer and a big block of solid wood and shape the metal... now if you have milling tools then you could make the best wheel arches possable....

    I dont know all I know is my wheels were sticking out half a inch and I got a lot of **** for it and the police said that 99.5% have to be coverd I have no Idea where they got that from but they said they had the law degree and they know what they are talking about:confused::confused:

    just make up some flaired out wheel arches, they have to cover 99.5% of your wheels or its classed as not road worthey

    I can fab up wheels arches not that much of a problem to do as I have the metal milling tools but when you get the milling tools out ist a lot of hard work to put the bends in straight and get the angles right

    I dont live in essex but I dont live far from there but if you supply the floor Ill weld it for you for £150 will be a good job, as long as nothing else is rotten but shouldnt be a problem... I live in croydon

    easy way to tell if it is feeding fuel through get a container doesnt need to be too big but it cant melt with petrol in it, put some petrol in the container with the fuel pump and make sure you cover the hole in the bottom of the sender then mark the container with a marker and the try to turn...

    to check the exhaust you need someone with you to cover the backbox pipe to build up pressure for the second person to see if it blows but dont cover the pipe for too long otherwise you will damage your engine, cover for about 3 sec at a time.

    I have no special tool to remove one, I removed mine with a spanner and screwdriver. just be care full when removing not to bend the arm for the fuel level

    it might seem sillt but have you got a pic of your instrument cluster or can you pm a pic of it and I will find out I have a lot of them and some dont work and some do and I will test mine to see what the prob is for you

    That is how the v8s work aswell the needle does down slowley as you use the petrol when you turn engine off it stays where it was eg 3/4. so when you get back in before you put keys in it should be showing how much fuel you have
