Well i have replaced the bottom sills so lets see how it goes....fingers crossed the box will be ok and the leak sorted.

Took the box to work and got the drop arm glowing red with a proper heat gun and it still needed to be hit hard with large hamer. I think the trick was to use two metal wedges, one either side to to get an even amount of force and eventurely it was off. So, i'll try to get the shaft out and...
