I suspect this could be a tyre problem. I had a problem of pulling to the left and new tyres solved it. Other than that have you checked your track rod/draglinks?

The RF receiver in the roof can cause similar problems.

Could be a driveshaft problem, locking up at 50mph?

I purchased an Asus (german) compressor about 12 months ago. Everything fine. Also around £50.00 less than a Wabco.

If your compressor and bags are ok forget about the coil conversion. You'll be pleasantly surprised how just fitting the bypass tensioner has little effect on the handling.

Its obviously fuel related. Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator for leaks?

Not easy job and pipes and seals are expensive.

Drove from south London to Tamworth in my old 300 with nothing at all for a fan belt. Found that the airflow thro the radiator was enough to spin the fan and keep it cool. Drove up the M1 on side lights as it was just getting dusk. Even started the next morning with no ill effects.

Door lock sounds as tho its on the way out. As far as I know there's no module in the door for the window. As you say probably a switch malfunction.

That's the engine missing on one cylinder.

Don't remove the seals unless you have a new set, and even then you will find corrosion in the outlets which cant be cured by new seals. You could buy my new ace block if you felt so inclined

+1 for that. Impossible for old pipe due to corrosion.

Is indeed a D2, part no RVH000032.

Picked up this little gem for a song. After fitting new pipes and getting the proverbial leaks from the seals, considered re-plumbing the block but dropped onto this out of the blue. Must be worth a few quid.
