    Had my D2 repaired after an accident about 3 years ago. Noticed today that the offside wing that was repaired has lost its plastic cover over the outer edge. Is this part available?     Doesn't come with bonnet catch just the internal lever.

    If your'e working from the front of the car pulling the catch is somewhat counter intuitive. The catch actually pulls to the left (looking at the front of the car). I know this cause I have just changed the cable. The cable comes back on itself.

    That Aerosus compressor has now dropped to £140.00. To be honest I wouldn't hesitate. I have one fitted since June 2018 with no problems.

    Guessing here. Have you changed the fuel filter recently? Any leaks from the FPR? Throttle potentiometer could also be playing up.

    If you haven't had a new clutch after 170,000 miles it's probably due a new one as is the flywheel.

    What mileage has the vehicle done? Could be the clutch or flywheel breaking up.

    Is that cast or steel? Welding would seem the answer if it's steel.

    Fuel shortage I'd say, fuel pump or FPR. Could be an injector problem as well.
