Yeah thought about breakers but it destroys the tube trying to get them out. Just wanted a rough diameter of the tube then I can get some thick walled tube ordered up and then turn one out , can't measure mine cause I had to epoxy the upipe back on to stop it leaking as much and now it's only...

You wouldn't be able to recall the diameter would you it would save me a load of hassle. Cheers

Unfortunately that's the large one at the front 39mm diameter. Will give them a call and see if they do the small one.

Looks like I'm going to have to machine one up. But it's so corroded it'll be destroyed getting it out. Just wondered if anyone had the OD of the pipe or the part number.

Yeah corroded to sh1t. So much so it loses about 1/2 Lt of coolant on a 5 mile trip:(. Need to replace asap

Retrimmed mine using doopeys guide. Quite easy to do. The hardest part is taking it out.

Change it today and yes came out engine like it had just been pumped out of the ground.

That's what I'm going to do because the engine was stud for 2 years under a tarp. Change oil every 1500 ml or so 2/3 times then put decent stuff in.

Cheers all 10w40 it is. Going £16/5l oil cheap and cheerful and change it again in another 1000ml. Couple of them then put the Castrol in.
