dont work. The main beam works when you push the arm away, but not when you pull towards. All the fuses are OK. Relays or switch? Ta

is there a flap at the bottom of the bulkhead that the floor butts up against? Mind you its not like I'm going to tap dance on it.

Took the floor out today to change the fuel tank, and I found... well, fresh air. Is this needing immediate attention or can I put the floor back down and pretend its all fine. There will be a chassis swap coming up later this year or early next.

My 90 was refurbed by Liveridge for the previous owner. Yesterday I removed the front diff, 4.7:1 ratio, which seems OK, apart from the fact that the rear diff is a 3.56:1 one. No wonder the difflock didn't work. I'll probably have to swop the trans box over as well now. Mucking Fuppets.

It's not out yet (I've just discovered that I've been running with mismatched diffs for years, - explains a lot.:eek:) Once it's out I'll have a count up and confirm the ratio.

I think I've got one in the front of my D90. I'm removing it soon, and I'll have a count up and get back to you.

Has anyone fitted seats off a Saab into a 90? I used to have a saab, and the seats were seriously good. My landys seats are seriously adequate, and I'm thinking about doing a swap. £20 a pair for the 'new' seats from a scrapyard, so there's not too much to lose.

I've had a disco 200 TDi in my 90 for 2 years now, Aberdeenshire isn't too warm in the winter, and I still haven't got round to wiring up the glow plugs, although I have picked up the glow plug loom from Autosparks, so it might happen soon. It needs a bit of cranking at minus 15, but it does...

It's a straightforward swop with a 200 TDi disco PAS setup, bolt off / bolt on, the drop arm will need changing. (I've just done this today. - Took me about 2 hours) As you've got a TD, get hold of a rotten disco, and transplant the engine at the same time. I've just done this also, but it did...
