my present d2 did the same as soon as I was letting off throttle on motorways so the engine was slowing the car it would jump out into neutral that's why I went for diff lock box when I replaced it last year.

no diff lock light as I've used a box out of a 300tdi and gearbox top so all wirings different only thing I can think is it must of jumped into diff lock but tried crawling underneath and doing it manually with a spanner but no matter which way I did it after reversing etc it was the same.

I didn't have the diff lock linkage on had it apart both axles diffs and turns out the transfer box is goosed strange though as I was just going steady without the linkage on should have it all back together today with replacement tranny box all linkages and hopefully some new boots on her...

Anyone near j26 of m62 West York's with reader for disco 2 ? She got a bit wet and dirty at the weekend then drive 45/50 mile and the amigos have raised they're head also need a bracket for high/lo lever off a 300tdi box as I've put a diff lock tranny box in and no lever bracket with the 4 bolts.
