    the amount of early and ex mod 90s that are swapping for tdis should mean that diesels are available quite cheaply(shame really as theyre a brilliant engine (if a bit underpowered)

    You can get at the pick up pipe by cutting a hole in the floor. My Dad made it into an access hatch if he ever needs to get at it in future. Shouldnt do any damage keeping the fuel topped up, it'll just annoy you haha As an asside, I have noticed my 88" seems to run ever so slightly better...

    Set up for doing the pre-load on the bushes. Just doing the one spring has resulted in sorting out my lean (was 3" down on the drivers side, just got the other 3 to do now

    Just seen you have a gauge. Go on to vehicle wiring products website and look at gauges they have an adapter. Fitted to my 12j just fine. Also i seal my threads with PTFE with no issue

    Just fit a pressure gauge as well as the switch. All you need is a t adapter or something similar to allow the oil pressure sender and switch to both be mounted Interestigly my britpart one is better than the more expensive one i replaced it with that used to flicker een when i had decent pressure

    Turn that hex bit, it should come out then. Get a spanner and put a length of tube over it to get better leverage
