sounds good I think I could do mine for £500 as Mine needs mainly hard graft, welding and paint. Not may new parts. I am tempted to get on with it. Space is my only issue!

No problem. Seeing your thread makes me wana do a strip down and rebuild of mine. Think my chassis will last a few more years if i clean it up patch and protect it. Have you set yourself a budget for the work and parts?

Take cash anything over £800. And as suggested get a pressbrake Xmember, new door. and stick some £'s in your pocket.

Mine is perfectly comfortable, I do have £100's worth of Exmoor Trim seats in the front, and £100's worth of Exmoor Trim Acoustic Sound Deadening. But I also find the driving position comfortable and prefer driving it over my BMW 3 Series.

£1040 + Delivery + VAT = £1500 ish to your door. Which MOD Place? Im in the market for a chassis and a Genuine LR chassis from MOD for £450 sounds like a good deal....? £1500 for Chassis £200 on parts = £895 Labour at £40 and hour that's 22 hours which is just shy of 3 days? I dont think...
