Cop was allegedly replaced about 12 months ago. Will get manifold off and have a play. (My injector light wasn’t flashing, that was someone else’s question / problem earlier in the thread. I have no warning lights/messages on dash at all now. )

I had cleaned it all up and was watching it from under car with an inspection lamp. Definitely slow drip from centre of black box. That is very close to the middle seal though, so could be that. What I don’t know is what exactly is behind the black electric box? Is there a seal behind it...

Ok, makes sense. Think I've found source of leak. Looks to be coming from behind the Black Plastic electric connection box on the side of the Fip. Oblong, match box sort of size, black colour, which I assume sends / receives details from the EDC. Held on with 3 hex head screws and one small bolt...

Quick update.... Home much later than hoped, so already dark by time I popped out to have a look. Definitely air in diesel. Bled as best I could. Then just cranked it enlessley and pumped pedal.......tried.....repeat sequence few times and away it went! Runs nice when going. :) But definitely a...

Thanks for all the pointers lads. I'm away for weekend so will be having a look at everything on monday. There is an electric fuel pump fitted by a previous owner, so assume i can ignore lift pump for now? Or have i misinterpreted its purpose? Gauge shows just under a 1/4 of a tank. Spill...
