Finally have had enough of this turbo issue so have booked it in to the garage for a rebuild - they're claiming it's the turbo and at this rate, I can't be bothered wasting more time on it. I have asked them to do a smoke leak test first just in case though. Due to get the car back tomorrow...

Was wondering if it was where the discrepancy from the MAP and MAF sensors could be coming from though? If the air escapes after the MAF but before the turbo and MAP would that not cause the underboost as well? As before, I swear I can hear a large amount of air escaping from somewhere but...

Yeah, I just forgot to tighten the top clamp before I test drove it. Tightened it and it was working as it normally does. Fault code came back after a short time. Left all the new hoses on but I've ran out of solutions without tearing the car down again. I might take the car to the garage...

So the plot thickens. Managed to get all hoses replaced including the 90 degree one coming out of the turbo. Sadly doesn't seem to have fixed it. I'm going to assume the intercooler but again, I don't want to throw more money unless I can definitely tell what part is needed. Failing that...
