Hello all. Just looking through the Haynes manual, it states the removal of the cooling fans before taking out the Rad. Is it possible to get Rad out of the car and then swap them over. Thanks in advance for any tips on this. Cheers

Hello all. Topping up the coolant is becoming more regular. I can't find any leaks but noticed cracking on the top of the top up bowl. Could this be my problem? Any advice welcome. Also the best replacement and if still available. Cheers

Thanks for your replies. Nodge68. The door doesn't seem to have dropped, the hinges seem to to be in great form for a motor 20 years old. As it goes, it does seem to be the check strap. After much lube, its not helped. Is there any cure?? Thanks for your advice on this all. Cheers. Gary.
