Hello all. For me, I will carry on with my FL1 TD4. There is nothing out there to replace it! Its been waxoiled for years and has 134,000 mls on it. Im no mechanic, but most jobs can be done by a bit of research and an ask on this fantastic forum. Just wish i could have had it from new. Cheers

Ahh. thats what it is. New what the intercooler rad was , but the other was a mystery. Amazed to see nil corrosion behind the Bumper. Either in the chassis section or behind the Rad. Its twenty years old?? Most of the bolts came out easy enough. One i had to chop out of the old Rad. Captive nuts...

New Res bottle to finish the job off. Put the bumper back on when I've run it and checked for leaks. Big Thanks for all your help and advice. Cheers

Just to plug this Tread. To me, it doesn't look that easy of a job. Rad is on its way. Is there any,,to look out for, I'm not a young man by any stretch. The Haynes says it needs two, to take off the Bumber. Is that correct? Cheers
