Whatever you do...DON'T buy one of those sets in the cases with the different sizes NON SLIP jaws. They will do straight and angled Mcphersons. They are 50-70 quid (odd shop sells them for tons more) Lots of great reviews...but they did bloody slip on me. Didn't matter what way they were put on...

I saved £170 of average UK price of mine buying direct which was approx 60%.

Tbh if you can stretch to it...upgrade to LED. My God they are superb. I have always struggled with night driving, in any vehicle that doesn't have really bright headlights...not just Landies. Full beam...not a problem...dipped beam against other traffic...nightmare, especially in bad weather...

Best thing to look out for in any Land Rover badged vehicle is if it comes with a 3 tier tool chest of tools, mig welder and a trolley full of spares!!!

Same as that plastidip stuff. I've seen it after some longer term abuse and its been a dog's dinner.

I've been able to closely inspect a few vehicles that were vinyl wrapped. I don't like it. Great for advertising or crazy design for a laugh etc but I really didn't like it close up as a paint replacement.

Finished up fitting new crossmember to my Friends 110. That's 2 under my belt now Inc my own and have to say I don't think it's a difficult job at all. Don't know why it seemed like such a scary job to me at all. Just confidence I think...getting the plasma out to cut back of your vehicle off...
