Hi all, can anyone give me some advice please. Just in the process of fitting a 200tdi in my 90 and was looking at the intercooler,It's full of an oily sludge. How do I remove it? I was thinking a "Gunk" type fluid, would this work? Or is there somthing better ? Thanks.

More help please ! I need to fit a battery isolator to my 90, he problem I have is what is the best place to site the isolator, and also connected to the battery + side is a small brown wire, what will I connect it to ? Do I wire it to the switch on the OFF side. Thanks.

:confused:I'm still confused with this 24v light, the light went out as the battery went flat but when I went to start up the heater plug warning light came on as normal but she was sluggish to turn over, so I charged the battery over night, when I went out this morning the 24v light is back...

Just an update, I had not got round to removing the bulb untill today, went to try and start it nothing! flat battery. Would the little bulb on the dash flatten the battery in just a few days?
