200's have some relays in the rh side of the drivers footwell, to the right of the fusebox. Its naf, you gotta prize the plastic cover out.

yeah the confusion was body or chassis.. for patching the floor to the new sills i think 0.75 or 1mm sheet. for chassis you would go for 2mm sheet. keep in touch

Tip, from my mistake. fit the plastic clip and push rod before to put the box back. i didn't and to do it through the cylinder hole is an education, LOL you can get a re-enforced lever if you wish too, only a couple of quid dearer than the standard although i didn't bother. it's taken 16...

mmm, first count the turns of the wheel then find the true mid point. is it straight now? if yes, then you need to adjust the front tie rod to get the wheels straight. if no, get the wheel off as previous post... but leave the nut on unless you want a good bruise or bloody nose..

I only just found your post, you should of mailed me. It must come off, there is nothing holding it on the gearbox shaft now only crud, so WD or similar, push or tap it back and forth, it'll come without much trouble.

brutal. LOL they can be f'in tight. Another way, more civilized, is to hire a hydraulic puller although i have known them "fail".... The sledge, properly applied, hard and efficient, usually works first or second blow.

OK, with the box off, loosen the drop arm nut a couple of turns then turn the box over, put the nut onto a solid block of wood. have the missus hold it still for you then hit the fukker for all you have with a big sledge hammer, back of the drop arm near as poss to the box. this usually shifts EM.
