Just fitted theses what a pain as the old ones were rusted solid so out came the angle grinder so lot of sparks and swearing and singed beard there done along with new bump stops that were not the're at all

Went under the Disco today because past few days been hearing couple of noises (more than the norm) found this great more work to do FFS .great start to 2018

Im nearly 50 full ncd we both have clean licence and my disco is last year was £650 this time round its near a grand wtf at this rate it going to have to go cant afford to insure it have tried all the usual suspects,and where we live if it snows bad its the only way we get on and off the estate :)

looking for steps for the Disco 2001 td5 have seen a few but fooook me they are expensive then saw some for a disco 1 they say will fit td5 but im not sue what do you lot think

Replaced rocker cover gasket,old one was stiff as a board lol, no wonder I had leaks new one fitted all clean no leaks happy chappy :)

How easy is it to change the alternator on my disco td5 as mine seems to not be charging my new battery I've just fitted so more expense ffs

Reason for replace previous owner held last ones on with cable ties,I did disconnect the battery,And today I took them off and refitted them again still same ,@meego It has air bags on it

Fitted new ride height sensors on my disco but have noticed that the drivers side rear (pic 1 ) is a lot higher than pass side rear (pic 2) any suggestions before I rip them out and out springs on Thanks

Just fitted the ride height sensors as the old ones were held on with cable ties ffs

Finally fitted usb charger looks ok I think ,still plenty more jobs to do lol

Building up the courage to adjust the handbrake on the disco in between rain showers lol
