Hi Datatek, I think I will try to remove the ignition switch, its not smooth when I turn the key, the barrel is ok though, and the fault only comes back when I turn off the ignition, battery seems ok ..hopefully there is a connector box at the bottom of the barrel which is seperate to the barrel...
