Barley wine that's an impressive way to secure your doors a little more than the standard locks, how much was the central locking system if you don't mind me asking?

When you say to work off actuators what do you mean? How did you fix the barrels? I've seen the kit but I begrudge paying £70 plus vat? But then looking on eBay it's coming up with the same price! I guess I'm going to have to dig deep in the pockets and fork out!

So after doing a bit of research regarding locks on a s3, (non anti burst factory fitted) I was thinking to upgrading to the anti burst type, has any one had any issues changing the handles over and has any one got some spare anti burst lock and handles for the the front os and ns before I start...

anyone know the sill measurements length wise for a series 3 88" I'd measure mine but it's away at the garage looking to have some rock sliders fitted instead but can't find measurement anywhere

Defo a fuel issue, check the fuel lifter pump no fuel in it at all, even tho it was fully primed the night before so ordered a new one on Saturday so hopefully get it on!!

Yeh the stop solenoid clicks so that's working I'm thinking it's a fuel issue and the lifter seems quite spongy even when it's been primed o_O

Earths are good! I think it maybe the fuel lifter pump! Defo something's not right as I had it starting then cutting out as soon as even with easy start

Yeh turning over but firing, and I have to use a direct feed from the battery to make it go! It was running before the glow plugs were changed like this! It's trying but just not starting now? Gonna have check the glow plugs again :( aren't I! It's my first landy so I'm new to all this! :oops:

quick one, recently bought a s3 with a 2.5td already fitted, would start up, however needed new glow plugs, so changed them today and for some reason it won't start now? Any one people with some words of wisdom can help a gal out Much appreciated
