Well turns out the 19j radiator leaked too so I had to get another one, but been sorting it today, what I’ve done is cut a 5mm sheet to run parallel with the front x member and drilled holes for the rad plastic mountings then I’ve got some ally sheet that I’ve attached to where the original...

They looked good I ordered new dash screws and fitted with the washers looked good clean and tidy when I’m back on it I’ll try and take some pics of it fitted

I used the trimfix high temp stuff and also filled the holes with body filler/ fibre glass I also used a hair dryer to heat the vinyl from the back so it made it flexible to cover around the shape of the dash

haha.... I know its **** but I had one in a an old car back in the chav days and I had problems with the flip screen.... but have a look at raptor engineering for some dash modifications :cool:

looking at that picture of your landy an the radio I'm gonna say you have to do some mods so the radio sits square and not at an angle in the radio whole, as this wold cause the screen to lean at an angle onto the dash and going over any bumps may crack your screen etc if that makes sense?

I found puttin a bit of black paint on the end of the lock and pressing from the inside making a mark easier than gauging it with the eye! And using the step drill supplied from with the kit I got much neater when drilled from the back ;););)

The s3 radiator is fuffed, like well and truly :(
