Many thanks for advise - not 100% sure if it is only pushed on with plastic pegs which seem to be designed to go "ping" when you take them apart - you have also planted the mesh solution - some thin stainless steel mesh would look good if I find a bit kicking around will give it a go ! Again...

Some advice please - just changed pollen filters and the foam filter was mostly in the pollen filter so needs changing / replacing - looking at RAVE it should be a simple task but I have had five min jobs turn into hours before so always expect the worst - is there a knack to getting the trim...
